Corporate discount rates are available to all companies, organizations, associations or institutes whose clientele regularly stay in Budapest on business purposes.

What does the corporate arrangement include?

The main aim of the arrangement is to fix the discounted annual room rates, but it is also possible to make a contract during the year. All we need is a few details of the company and the name and signature of the contracting person.

Is there an opportunity for a commission-based co-operation?

Certainly! If you prefer this way of co-operation, we shall transfer a certain amount of the room rate after each room booking.

How can I make a booking?

The discounted room rates apply from the date of signing the corporate contract. You may make a room booking by fax, e-mail and by phone as well as using our secure online booking system.

How can I get my access code to use the on-line reservation system?

After contracting, our sales manager will send you your secret access code along with a instructions on how to use the reservation system. Please fill out the form below to start the contracting process

Where should I enter my access code?

Please enter your secret access code into the “Access Code” box of the On-line booking box on our website. Please enter the correct access code with care (using lower-case and capital letters).

What should I do if the chosen hotel has no available rooms for the requested period?

In this case you can check the availability at the other Mellow Mood properties and their best available price for you. Just click on the “More options” button and select “Availability Check”. This way you can make a booking for one of our hotels with which you are have no contract yet.

What should I do if I forgot my access code?

Just ask our sales manager who will send you your code once more!

How can I make a room reservation at our contracted, special corporate rates without entering my secret code?

If you are not happy with having to visit our website each time you wish to make a room booking, ask for our room booking icon! This icon works just like any other icons you use on your computer day by day: you only need to doubleclick over the icon and it will directly open our room booking system with your unique list of hotels and the rates contracted especially for your company. In contrast with the room booking system through our website, if you use the booking icon option, you don’t even have to enter your unique access code, it works even without it.
